Intercepting surplus leafy greens, eggplants, cucumbers, and tomatoes (over 300 kg) directly from organic farms and wholesalers, together with sorting and diverting farm-fresh eggs from landfill disposal. Safe produce directly supplies the Mantin Soup Kitchen and grassroots community welfare centres, while non-consumable broken eggs are composted for environmental sustainability.
